Are you tired of having to study through your Christmas break? Well, you don’t have to worry about that anymore. A group of honors students made a website to persuade administration that exams should come before Christmas break, and the group was very excited about the opportunity to voice student opinions.
“I think it turned out very well and portrayed what we needed in order to persuade Mr. Hemric into allowing us to take exams before the two week break,” said Elizabeth Pozo. “I think that most students would agree with the information and proposal if they read through the pros and cons of taking our exams before Christmas.” The website for their presentation compiled information and arguments on the matter, showing that test scores may not be the highest after a break.
In my opinion, when students get a break, then they relax. They don’t need to study or worry about forgetting what they learned. For me, I think the representatives did a phenomenal job at voicing the exam predicament.
